From healthy snacks and hygiene kits for patients at discharge, to postpartum care kits for new mothers as they continue healing at home — we also provide incontinence supplies, and help navigating charity care for those who cannot afford their hospital bills. By ensuring people have what they need to recover safely at home, we help prevent hospital readmissions and uplift individuals and families of all ages — because everyone deserves to live with respect, support, and dignity.
