Sajni Shah

Founder & President

Sajni Shah founded Bridging Care with a desire to help underserved and vulnerable populations who often struggle to access basic health and recovery essentials. Inspired by her experiences caring for her grandparents and volunteering at a hospital serving low-income communities, she witnessed how the lack of medical supplies, postpartum resources, and nutritious food can deeply affect a person’s dignity and recovery. Recognizing these gaps, she created Bridging Care to ensure seniors, new mothers, discharged patients, and families have access to the essentials they need. Through this work, Bridging Care aims to restore comfort, promote healthier lives, and bring hope to communities that are too often overlooked.
