In many underserved hospitals, new mothers and their babies are often sent home without the essential items that make those first days easier and safer. To help bridge this gap, we provide “Welcome New Mom and Baby” kits filled with diapers, baby clothes, thermometers, and other necessities—offering comfort and reassurance during a vulnerable time.

Similarly, when a loved one becomes critically ill or injured and needs to be hospitalized, family members often stay for days at the bedside, offering emotional and physical support. While the patient receives hospital meals, these caregivers—parents, spouses, siblings—are not provided meals unless they pay for them out of pocket. Despite playing a crucial role in the healing process, caregivers are routinely overlooked because they are not considered patients. As a result, food insecurity becomes a very real concern, especially for those who have lost wages or taken unpaid leave to be present. Food may be available in hospitals, but availability doesn’t always mean affordability or accessibility. For many families, the cost of meals adds to an already heavy emotional and financial burden, creating yet another barrier in compassionate, family-centered care.

The struggle continues after discharge, especially for patients returning to unstable housing or homelessness. Without access to food, water, shelter, or basic hygiene items, recovery becomes difficult and the risk of readmission increases—particularly in extreme weather conditions.

Through our “Comprehensive Hospital Care” program, we partner with local hospitals and clinics to provide nutritious meals for caregivers and essential supplies for discharged patients. We also support new moms with baby care items and postnatal essentials to give every family a healthier start. Together, we help ensure no one faces hunger or hardship alone during a medical crisis.

Maternal and Infant Support Services

For new mothers, we provide postpartum supplies and newborn essentials to ensure a healthy and safe transition home.

Your donation helps us to help families who need it most—because every baby deserves a warm welcome, and every mother deserves to feel supported.

Hospital Caregiver Assistance

We run drives to collect donations from our supporting community and  collaborate with local hospital to donate food, beverage and snacks supplies to various units at the hospital where caregivers spend multiple days along the bedside of their family member who is hospitalized.

Your donation helps us bring relief, and a sense of care to families who need it most in critical times.

Patient Recovery Support

We offer care packages to the discharged patients that may include nutritious food, hygiene products, wound care items, mobility aids, and other basic necessities—tailored to the patient's specific needs. By addressing these immediate needs, we help reduce the risk of complications, readmission, and stress, empowering patients to heal with dignity and stability.

Your donation helps us deliver comfort and critical resources by providing essentials that support healing and dignity of patients recovering from illness.
