Our program provides Standardized Mobility Assets to reduce the risk of falls and hospital readmissions, fostering "Aging in Place" with safety and humanism.

Infection Prevention & Dignity-Based Care

Maintaining personal hygiene is a critical clinical requirement for geriatric health. We provide Standardized Hygiene Bundles, including adult briefs and bed pads (chucks), to prevent secondary health complications such as skin breakdown and infections. This intervention infuses compassion and dignity into the daily delivery of care, ensuring that financial barriers do not compromise a senior's health or self-esteem.

A Systems-Impact Approach to Healthcare Sustainability

In alignment with a circular healthcare economy, our Equipment Reclamation Protocol refurbishes donated medical goods to clinical standards. By encouraging the recovery and redistribution of Durable Medical Equipment (DME), we reduce medical waste and establish an Equitable Standard of Care by placing essential tools back into the hands of those who need them most.
